Ann manages student recruitment, professional faculty development events, community and academic relations. Projects include planning and implementing conferences/workshops/meetings, advising students, serving as a liaison with various community groups, and coordinating activities. She also supervises the lab assistants, develops brochures and coordinates the marketing and implementation of student recruitment events, technical staff development workshops and CTC community activities.

Ann has extensive experience in program, staff and volunteer development and training. She is an accomplished event planner with a background of not-for-profit management and fundraising. Her writing experience encompasses the development of staff and operations manuals, long-range plan goals and objectives, statistical analysis, grant applications and promotional pieces.
